Killarney Brewing & Distilling Co. invites you to be part of history. Opening its doors in July of 2022, this state-of-the-art distillery is Ireland’s largest independently owned brewery, distillery, and visitor centre. To celebrate this new era of distilling in Ireland, 1000 first-fill premium whiskey casks are available for pre-sale. Join our Cornerstone Cask Society, own a piece of history, choose from Single Pot Still or Single Malt Irish whiskey and enjoy the experience of watching the development from new make spirit to full maturity.
Killarney whiskey will mature on-site in the grand Kerry air in carefully selected ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of five years. Each owner can witness each stage of the maturation process and request the whiskey be aged longer if so desired. The Cornerstone Cask Society offers it’s members many benefits including their name inscribed on a “wall of recognition” at the distillery in Killarney.
